My friend Toni shared light to me once again. Well, I don't blog everyday. I do it whenever an experience strikes me or If I see some insights that I'd like to share. However, my friend said it would be better if I share some thoughts on leadership style and techniques which He finds to be my one of my strengths. I'm glad this "Genius" friend of mine still has faith in me.hahaha... But honestly, I realized that what he was suggesting was important.
